If it’s Monday, you already know we got you covered with a selection of new music to get your week started with.

A$AP Rocky has been on a streak as of late with his hands in a little bit of everything — movies, fashion shows, furniture design, a partnership with Ray-Ban and raising a family with Rihanna all considered. Luckily for fans, the Harlem-bred emcee hasn’t turned his back on the music that made him a global superstar thanks to a successful run so far with his chart-topping album, Don’t Be Dumb, released back in January.

In preparation of Disc 2, the upcoming extended play to Don’t Be Dumb, Rocky decided to drop the official version to a deep cut that’s been floating around for a few years now. Originally thought to be titled “Mushroom Clouds,” the song has been performed live on a handful of occasions, including at his standout Amazon Music Live performance in December 2022 (seen below). Officially titled “Shroom Clouds,” it now serves as the first release from Disc 2 with Jeremih and reggie assisting with melodic features. Still as trippy as both titles suggest, albeit way more enjoyable with the updated studio quality.

Representing for the ladies, Tierra Whack came through with her own deluxe offering that extends on her summer 2026 mixtape, Whack’s Museum. With the addition of seven new songs, each displaying her ambidextrous ability to switch flows to match the beat, Whack is anything but when it comes to dropping bars. The choice of sampling also serves this project right, be it soulful boom-bap on “BET HER,” the freestyle feel of “STRAWBERRY” or the Southern bounce heard on “PAYDAY” and “SCARECROW.” More is definitely the merrier when it comes to this.

For something to get you dancing through the week, Nigerian-American singer-songwriter OWO serenades with her new single, “Make them Wonder.” The rising vocalist out of Maryland extends on the momentum she received on her 2021 EP, SEEDs. Continuing on a mission to empower with her music, her latest serves just that as a lyrical declaration of self-confidence. Paired with an infectious beat by producer Tobby Badass and a cultural callback to her Nigerian roots in channeling “gbas gbos” throughout the song, OWO adds a fresh addition to the Afropop airwaves that’s quite a treat on the ears.
