Dr. Tonya Payton-Campbell

Dr. Tonya Payton-Campbell is a distinguished healthcare leader of 30 years of experience advancing equitable, patient-centered care for underserved communities.  

As CEO of Onyx360 NFP, she leads innovative, community-driven programs focused on chronic disease management, preventive care, HIV education, bridging clinical excellence with trusted community partnerships across Chicago.  

Tonya serves as a Clinical Pharmacist at Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy; she is widely respected for her integrity, compassion, and commitment to patient advocacy. Her expertise spans HIV care, diabetes education, and complex chronic disease management.  

A nationally recognized leader, having served as Executive Director of the AWP, National Chair of KPCLA Health Issues, and Pillar Lead for Education & Awareness within Walgreens’ AAL BRG. She received the Walgreens Champion of Champions Award and the Good Deeds National Service Award.  

Tonya is a devoted wife, proud mother to her son, and a loving bonus mom, grounding her leadership in family, faith, and service. She is an active member of the Chicago Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the Chicago Central Section of NCNW, continuing a legacy of excellence and impact.
