CHICAGO (AP) — Authorities have identified three people who were shot to death overnight at an apartment in the Chicago suburb of Harvey.

The Cook County Medical Examiner’s office says 28-year-old Donysha Stovall and her 9-year-old daughter Clarisma Torrey were pronounced dead at Ingalls Hospital in Harvey, while 16-year-old Shaquille Davis was pronounced dead at the scene.

Davis was the son of Stovall’s partner, who was not injured.

Police spokeswoman Sandra Alvarado says Stovall’s 4-year-old son also was shot but was listed in stable condition at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.

Police say the partner is not considered a suspect in the shootings, which occurred inside the second-floor apartment at about 10 p.m. Sunday.
