Noah injures shoulder as Bulls fall to Mavs

Joakim Noah dislocated that same left shoulder in the 1st quarter as he ran off the court to the locker room. “It’s tough to lose a guy like Jo who does so much for us,” says Jimmy Butler who had 4 points on 2 for 11 after scoring a career high 53 points Thursday in a win over the Sixers. The Bulls shot 10% from 3 pt range and 36% overall in the 83-77 loss to the Dallas Mavericks. Derrick Rose led the Bulls with 18 points and Pau Gasol finished with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Tony Snell, Doug McDermott and Niko Mirotic shot a combined 1 for 14.  Dirk Nowitzki made clutch buckets down the stretch and led Dallas with 21 points.

*Kirk Hinrich left with a left quad contusion and Joakim Noah passed Jerry Sloan for 4th on the Bulls all time rebounding list
