Rapper Waka Flocka Flame is among a small but growing minority of individuals who believe that legendary comedian Bill Cosby is being set up.
Waka, 29, aired out his sentiments on the Cosby sex scandal, which culminated in the “Cosby Show” creator being charged with first-degree felonies in the case with former Temple University employee Andrea Constand.
Waka said “somebody is framing Bill Cosby” and that when a “famous minority” is successful, “they throw salt” on their career.
Waka has prominent company with his sentiments. Chuck D tweeted that forces are into “this wiping history out wit a swoop is akin to Nazi book burning. Context is everything.” The Public Enemy front man also questioned why many other celebrities with unsavory pasts have not been destroyed the way Cosby is.
Even Joey Badda$$ came to Cosby’s defense: “Of course I’m always against a rapist but it’s just like yall EAT UP anything the media feeds yall….,” he wrote.
