“I’m gonna play my game. My game is whatever they’re giving me. I play the way I know how to play and not the way people want me to play.” – Rose

Coach Fred Hoiberg said he sent D. Rose a text around 1pm yesterday saying he loved his energy at shoot around. Rose responded “coach I’m going to have a big game tonight.” He jumped out of the gate with 10 first quarter points and set the tone for the game as the Bulls handled the Memphis Grizzlies 98-85.

Chicago had 4 players in double figures led by “Jimmy G Buckets” with 24 pts 4 rebs and 4 ast. Rose finished with 19 pts and 5 ast, Doug “McBuckets” with 17 pts (4 for 8 3 pt) and Pau Gasol with 10 pts and 14 rebs. The Bulls overall record is 15-8 and they’re 11-3 at home. The next game is Friday at the United Center vs the Detroit Pistons.
