The Fred Hoiberg era began last night with a 105-95 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks. Although they did it without Derrick Rose, Pau Gasol, Mike Dunleavy, Taj Gibson and Kirk Hinrich, the Bulls showed that if you like high scoring offenses, you are going to like watching them this season. The Bigs’s Terrence Tomlin & Eugene McIntosh were on the scene. Checkout their takeaways from last nights game below:
The Bulls were digging the long-ball…The Bulls fired up 3 pointers early and often. Finishing the game with 39 total 3’s, making 13 of them, The Mayor (The Mayor=Fred Hoiberg. For all of you who have erased the Bulls 1999-2003 seasons from your memory. Don’t worry, according to The Mayor, he has too.) says as long as they are good looks, get use to them. Seeing as every Bulls player that saw the floor attempted a three except for Joakim Noah, The Mayors comments must be music to their ears.
