TMZ reports Atlanta rapper Yung Joc was arrested Thursday and held in custody.“The Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta” cast member was originally booked for speeding and driving with an expired license, but according to TMZ, he had a warrant out for his arrest and was subsequently apprehended by authorities.

Joc, whose real name is Jasiel Robinson, rose to prominence with his 2006 single “It’s Going Down.” The track peaked at the number 49 spot on Billboard magazine’s “Hot 100” singles chart and earned Joc a triple-platinum certification as a mastertone by the Recording Industry Association of America.

Yung Joc seemingly wasted no time confirming the arrest as his Instagram account featured an image of him superimposed behind prison bars with the inscription, “Free Joc.” You can view the image below and read the full story of Joc’s arrest at TMZ.com.
