The Los Angeles County district attorney has rejected the sexual assault case against Bill Cosby that was filed by a woman who said she was molested by the comedian in the 1970s.
The prosecutor said it is impossible to follow through on the claims because the statute of limitations ran out decades ago.
Judy Huth filed the case recently saying she was only 15 Bill Cosby sexually molested her at the Playboy Mansion 40 years ago.
Huth has has already filed a civil lawsuit against Cosby, but the legendary comedian says her claim is part of a continual extortion plot that began a decade ago.
Even though the legal case is over, the D.A. released the report that contains graphically sexual encounter that Cosby allegedly had with Huth: She claims that Cosby fed her three beers before taking her over to the infamous Playboy Mansion. Once the two were alone in one of the bedrooms, Huth claims that Cosby tried to sexually assault her, but she blocked him by saying she was in the midst of her menstrual cycle.
Huth said “Cosby grabbed her hand, pulled his sweatpants open and placed her hand on his erect penis. She says he then masturbated himself with her hand,” the report says, according to tmz.com.
Cosby vehemently denies the encounter and dismissed Huth as a liar and an extortionist who unsuccessfully tried to sell her story to the tabloids a decade ago. Cosby also said Huth tried to get $250,000 from him in return for her silence.
