In honor of his legacy in serving NEIU and the community with distinction and dedication, and for his 42 years of service in public education. NEIU celebrates Dr. Bailey’s memory by renaming the auditorium at the Carruthers Centner for Inner City Studies, 700 E. Oakwood Blvd., the Donn F. Bailey Legacy Hall.
