BULLS (32-30)  100    BUCKS (26-38)  90

6 players in double figures as Bulls win 2nd straight

Jimmy Butler got a DND (Did Not Dress) due to a left knee strain. No Buckets no problem as Derrick Rose scored 22 points as he led 6 players in double figures in the Bulls 100-90 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks at the United Center.  Mike Dunleavy scored 18 points (4-6 3 pt) and Pau Gasol had his second triple double of the year with 12 points 17 rebounds and 13 assists.

“People say he’s 35 years old but he takes really good care of his body. He’s a strong leader and I’m happy to be battling with him on a daily basis. He’s one of the greats and has been leading us every night,” says Taj Gibson who had a double double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.  E’Twaun Moore (16 pts 7 ast) hit a big 3 to give the Bulls and 88-83 lead and they never looked back. He also hit 2 clutch free throws at the end of the game to get 100 points and seal the deal for Big Macs for the 21,000 in attendance. Niko Mirotic had 14 points and 6 rebounds off the bench.

The Bulls look to make it three wins in a row as they travel to San Antonio to face the reigning champion San Antonio Spurs Thursday night. I hope Jimmy waits until he’s 100% ready to go for his return…did he NOT learn from Rose??
