Aaron Brooks said he and his teammates found out D. Rose wasn’t playing when they got to the arena. “It kind of changed my mentality….changed my mood,” he said in route to a team high 29 points and a Bulls 102-100 OT victory over the Indiana Pacers.

The Bulls had 4 players in double figures as Jimmy Butler (28 pts) had some clutch buckets in the 4th/OT and did a good job defending Paul George who finished with 19 pts on 7-20 from the field. Bobby Portis had 16 points and 7 rebounds and Pau Gasol had a double double with 13 & 11. Taj Gibson also pulled down 14 big rebounds.

The Bulls go into 2016 with an 18-12 record as they host the New York Knicks Friday Jan. 1st at 7pm.
