Rapper Kendrick Lamar has been hit with legal action from two musicians who allege he copied their work for his track “Rigamortis.”

According to TMZ, the rapper is accused of stealing from a song named “The Thorn,” which was created by Eric Reed and Willie Jones III in 2010. In the lawsuit, the pair claims Lamar’s “Rigamortis,” from his 2011 debut album “Section.80,” is the same as “The Thorn” musically, but features the rapper’s own lyrics.

Reed and Jones were never given money or a credit for the track and are suing Lamar for at least $1 million, TMZ reports. They are also seeking all the profits from “Rigamortis” and rights to the song.

This lawsuit marks the second time Lamar has been accused of plagiarism. In July, reps for rock band The Alan Parsons Project filed legal papers claiming he used elements of their song “Old and Wise” without permission.
