Teen Raps On YouTube As SWAT Team Closes In On Him

    A 19-year-old man accused of threatening his roommates with a knife was arrested while recording a rap song on YouTube as a SWAT team closed in on him Monday night, The Coloradoan reports.[1]

    The man, identified as Josh Jackson but tagged as “Adequate Advocate” on YouTube, was being surrounded by a SWAT team members as he rapped into the video. Police repeatedly made demands for Jackson to come out of his home.

    “Police think I’m a fiend. That’s why right now literally they’re outside my house,” Jackson rapped on the video. “Because my roommates done did it. Done thought that I was a misfit. Done thought that I had my wrist slit too many times. Done thought that too many people had left my mind.”

    Police Capt. Jerry Schiager said Jackson has “got a history of resisting the police in the past.”
