Clay: Hand-building for Beginners

Detroit Institute for Arts

Cost: Members $18, Nonmembers $24

There are many clay pots and bowls in the museum galleries. Check them out then come to the art studio to learn simple ways of making such items. Projects will be fired for pickup at a later date. Wild Beasts, Wild Wine

6th Annual “Men on a Mission” Softball Tournament

Grace Centers of Hope, one of Metro Detroit’s largest homeless shelters, will host the 6th Annual “Men on a Mission” Softball Tournament on Friday, July 26 and Saturday, July 27.
