After NBA Commissioner David Stern put them on the clock, the Cleveland Cavaliers elicited a GIF-ready gasp from Bill Simmons of ESPN and began the Canadian takeover of the NBA Draft by selecting Anthony Bennett (pictured) out of UNLV with the No. 1 pick.
