There is magic in the spirit of those who give. The holiday season is a time which unites and warms the soul on the coldest days of the year. Amongst the love for family and friends, laughter and joys of blessings, it is refreshing to know kind hearts, open minds and great hands of effort come together to strengthen the community. Official Anais PR intends to do just that with their Annual “Blessed 2 Be A Blessing” Annual Toy Drive.

The annual “Blessed 2 Be A Blessing” Toy Drive, event serves as a Networking Social, giving professionals a chance to network while supporting a good cause. Event organizers are asking guests to bring a new toy for a child 5-16 years of age and/or to contribute a donation that will support the purchase of more toys. This year’s event sponsors include SPEAK Hope, Windy City Underground Radio Show, DrinkxXX One Me Inc. and 1604 Designs. The annual event is being held to benefit A New Me Foundation, a non-for-profit that provides comprehensive family services for victims and survivors of domestic violence, including motivational speaking, prevention-education, resource referral and linkage, case management, emergency and transitional family housing, parenting classes, and a variety of support groups. Their purpose is rooted in providing resourceful tools and advocacy for victims and survivors, as well as family units that have been affected by domestic violence.

There will be a special guest, domestic violence survivor and radio personality, Randi Knight of Soul 106.3 Radio. Be one with purpose on this special evening and share the gift of giving this holiday season!

Official Anais PR Firm seeks to make this Christmas one that the single mothers served by A New Me Foundation won’t forget. Come celebrate the holiday and be a blessing at 1255 S. State, Chicago, IL on December 15, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
