Please peruse our FAQ document for items that may help you when visiting our site or sending information to Defender staff.

1. I can’t find a location by me that sells the Defender newspaper. Please visit our website Locations. You can find the nearest location by looking for your ZIP code or stop by our office to purchase a copy. 2. My office would like to subscribe to the Defender. Please visit our website’s Subscribe link to get a subscription today. If you would like multiple subscriptions, please contact our Circulation staff. 3. I’d like to place an advertisement online or in your newspaper. Please contact our Advertisement department. They will be able to assist you with ads online and in our print newspaper. 4. I would like to submit a press release or calendar event. Press releases may be faxed to 312.225.9231 or emailed to editorial@chicagodefender.com. 5. I would like to write a Letter to the Editor. Send your comments in 200 words or less to: Letter to the Editor, Chicago Defender,  4445 S. King Dr., Chicago, Ill. 60653; email editorial@chicagodefender.com; or fax 312.225.9231.

6. Can I view previous Chicago Defender Digital Editions?

The digital edition does archive past editions.  Please contact the Circulation department for any past copies you’d like to order.
